Delivery time varies depending on location and product availability. Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days or we offer a next day delivery service.
Yes. We offer free delivery on orders over £75 (excluding VAT), subject to delivery location and product type.
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation details so you can track its progress.
Products & Warranties
Most products come with a minimum 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering parts and labour. Warranty terms vary by product. Please check the product page for details.

Returns & Support
We offer a 30-day returns policy for exchanges or full refunds if the product is no longer required or has been ordered incorrectly, subject to approval and return conditions.
Please note certain products can be subject to a handling charge.
Yes. All returns must be approved before being sent back.
You’ll need to obtain a Returns Note from Jawel Tools before returning any product.
Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items, unless the product is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Returned products must be:
- unused
- in their original, undamaged packaging (where applicable)
- returned with the correct returns documentation
We’re unable to accept items that do not meet these conditions.
If your item is damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims reported outside this timeframe may not be valid.
